Our undecorated 2-inch mini and 3-inch midi cheesecakes are perfect for foodservice, catering, and grocery store bakeries. Each is made with all-natural ingredients using our classic recipes, all with a biscotti crust. Basque Cheesecake

This Basque-style cheesecake is baked at a high temperature to create its distinctive, caramelized top and crustless exterior. Inside, it’s creamy, rich, and custardy — a unique and decadent dessert that’s all new from Pearl River. Available in a 6-inch and 8-inch unsliced cake.
